If you would like to come on holiday to Spain, we have a luxurious villa for rent in Alcossebre: villa PaCoLama. The name is a reference to our former padel club PCL in Lokeren (Belgium). Our villa is located in Las Fuentes, the residential area of Alcossebre. While the beach and marina are located 700 meters away, it is approximately a one kilometre walk to the centre.
From the site of Ermita de Santa Lucía y San Benet, you have an impressive panoramic view of the region. Castillo de Xivert, thirteen kilometres away, is the perfect base for those who want to soak up the local history. Finally, we would like to mention that the nearest airport, Castellón-Costa Azahar, is twenty kilometres from Villa PaCoLama.
From a private swimming pool to an enclosed garden
In terms of facilities, our villa has a private heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi. There are also three terraces overlooking the garden, pool and sea. Good to know that the swimming pool is completely shielded from the neighbours – which offers you 100% privacy.
Inside the villa, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The two ground-floor bedrooms, equipped with their own bathrooms also offer a kitchenette, dining area/patio and lounge. The communal living area includes a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the villa.
